Delivery, Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Mama Organiser delivers across New Zealand and worldwide via courier. New Zealand Post is our chosen shipping carrier. Domestic orders are shipped via Courier Post and International orders via International Air.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or private bags. Should your items be returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or a non- physical address, redirection of purchases will be at the expense of the customer.

Shipping Charges

We can deliver to any mainland New Zealand physical address: Shipping is calculated at checkout and sample rates can be found below:

For New Zealand:

$10.00-$15.00 for a single kit nationwide

$10.00-$25.00 for a double kit nationwide

Free for orders shipped within Canterbury

Free for orders over $100 nationwide

For Australia:

$25.00-$40.00 international courier depending on order

Rest of the world:

$25.00-$60.00 international courier

Returns 

Should your order not be suitable, we will happily provide an exchange or credit voucher subject to the following conditions:

- Returned goods be accompanied with receipt

- The goods returned within 7 days of delivery

- The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased, i.e. unused and in original packaging

The above does not apply to on sale goods, which are not returnable. Exchanges to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier. 

If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act but proof of purchase is required. Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. Freight charges will not be borne by you if you are located within New Zealand (North and South Island). If you are located outside New Zealand (North and South Island) and you wish to return faulty goods to us (for repair or otherwise), then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for the freight and handling charges associated with: (a) returning the goods to us; and (b) delivering any repaired or replacement goods back to you. We will advise you of the freight and handling costs associated with returning repaired or replacement goods to us in such circumstances and the repaired or replacement goods will not be sent to you until you have confirmed that you will pay the freight and handling costs.

Customs and Duty Charges

Please note that customs charges are outside of our control and Mama Organiser does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Customs charges and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
